Fundraising

Basic funding for the MCJROTC program is received from the United States Marine Corps and the Gwinnett County School system. However, in order to provide a quality learning and growth environment, the program must rely on donations and funding from other sources.

All MCJROTC fundraising activities are organized and administered by volunteers of the MCJROTC Booster Club Association, and one hundred percent of all donations support the program. You can be assured that your financial contribution will go directly to approved programs and events. In many cases, the participating cadets receive personal credit toward their cost of participating in trips and events.

Our organization tries to give the cadets and parents as many fundraising opportunities as possible. IT TAKES THE COOPERATIVE EFFORT AND PARTICIPATION OF ALL PARENTS IN THE PROGRAM TO MAKE THIS A SUCCESSFUL YEAR.

If you have any questions regarding our current fundraising activities, or if you have any great ideas for future fundraising, please contact any member of the Booster Association.

Please ask your employer if they have a matching sponsorship program. The Booster Club Association Sponsorship Business Plan is available above. All donations should be payable to “Parkview MCJROTC Association, Inc.” and delivered to Sue Kelly. If a donation is to sponsor the activities of your cadet, please provide Sue with such information. Please also note that if your cadet chooses to leave the program, the funds in his or her account will be transferred to the “general” Parkview MCJROTC Association, Inc. account. Upon request, the Parkview MCJROTC Association is happy to prepare a fund raising package of letters to help the cadets in this endeavor.
